Step 1: Scoping call

Step 2: Selection Sprint
We return a comparison of 3–5 candidate models across brands — sensor, resolution, frame rate, interface, lead time and price — with a written recommendation and the risks of each option.
Step 3: Sample Verification
The shortlist gets tested — by authorized labs and factory demo benches, on the test plan we specify. We audit the raw data against your acceptance criteria: resolution, noise, colour, frame rate, protocol compatibility. You get a report with images, data and video.
Step 4: Order
Factory-direct. We negotiate price and terms, verify the pre-shipment configuration, and coordinate export documents and freight. You stay the importer of record — we never hold your goods.
Step 5: Delivered & supported
Cameras arrive, we stay on call for SDK and integration questions, and our commission is invoiced transparently per the agreement. No kickbacks, no surprises.

Certainty. We are not a distributor and we do not hold stock. You buy factory-direct; we sell selection, testing and coordination. Our fees are a Selection Sprint fee, a Sample Lab handling fee and a disclosed commission on orders we manage.
You pay us: service fees plus a 5–10% commission on order value, disclosed in writing and invoiced to you. We take zero kickbacks from factories. A recommendation that saves you money earns us the next order; a kickback does not.
No inventory, ever. Goods move factory-to-you. We coordinate, verify and document, but you remain the importer of record — no goods or cash ever sit in our name.
That is our core service. We source the shortlisted units — borrowed from authorized stock or purchased with your prepaid funds — coordinate testing against your acceptance criteria, and audit the data ourselves. You receive a written report with images, measured data and video. Sample cost and courier are pass-through at cost; we charge a flat handling fee.
