Can we start with just the Sample Verification?
Yes. Send us your shortlist or even just your application; if you already know the models, we go straight to verification. A Selection Sprint is optional.
Who pays for the samples?
You do — at cost, pass-through, with courier. We charge a flat handling fee (from $200) for sourcing, coordinating testing, auditing data and reporting. No markup on hardware, ever.
Do you work with our existing suppliers?
Often, yes. If you already have a factory, we can run the sample test, verification and documentation layers without touching your pricing relationship.
What if the recommended camera fails your test?
Then the test did its job. We iterate on the shortlist and retest — that scenario is priced into the Sprint, because catching it before the order is the entire point.
How is the commission calculated on repeat orders?
Same disclosed rate on orders we manage, tiered down as volume grows. Direct reorders from your own established factory need no commission — the agreement spells out the boundary.
